Que Delicias Catering

Que Delicias is a Latin American food catering company; owned and operated by Colombian native Elvira Vasquez. Que Delicias opened its’ doors in 2002 in Nashville, Tennessee when several of Elvira’s friends began to ask her to prepare and sell to them the typical Colombian food she was preparing for parties at her home and special events.

Elvira Vazquez originally from Cali, Colombia started the business by preparing and selling empanadas directly to customers, from there it grew into a catering business for corporate and family events.
