Description
Riverview Restaurant & Marina was established in 1956. It began as a one room shack that sold hot dogs, burgers and cold drinks on the weekends. As the place grew more popular, another room was added to accommodate seating. Over the years, more additions were made to the building and dock as the need arose. Overlooking the Cumberland River, it became a popular riverfront dining destination. In May 2010, one of the worst floods in Middle Tennessee history destroyed the building. After over a year of construction, Riverview Restaurant & Marina reopened on May 25, 2011. The beautiful new restaurant features indoor and outdoor waterfront seating in a relaxing atmosphere, along with the friendly service and great food that has been the heart and soul of its long history. We are very proud to continue the tradition of creating memories, traditions, and friendships here at Riverview.
